POLÍTICA DE ENVÍOS / SHIPPING POLICY
En Marta Pintado Studio cuidamos especialmente la preparación y el embalaje de cada obra original para garantizar que llegue a su destino en las mejores condiciones posibles.
Debido a la naturaleza y delicadeza de las obras, cada pieza se embala individualmente y con las protecciones necesarias según se trate de una obra sobre lienzo o sobre papel.
At Marta Pintado Studio, we take particular care in preparing and packaging each original artwork to ensure that it reaches its destination in the best possible condition.
Due to the nature and delicate characteristics of the artworks, each piece is individually packaged and protected according to whether it is an artwork on canvas or paper.
Preparación del pedido / Order preparation

Las obras originales disponibles para compra se preparan y entregan al transportista normalmente en un plazo de 1 a 3 días hábiles desde la confirmación del pedido.
En determinados casos, por las características, dimensiones o necesidades especiales de embalaje de la obra, este plazo podría ser superior. Si fuera necesario, se informará previamente al cliente.
Los pedidos se preparan y entregan al transportista de lunes a viernes, excepto días festivos.
Una vez entregado el pedido al transportista, el cliente recibirá, cuando esté disponible, la información de seguimiento correspondiente.

Original artworks available for purchase are normally prepared and handed over to the carrier within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
In some cases, due to the characteristics, size or special packaging requirements of an artwork, this period may be longer. If this is necessary, the customer will be informed in advance.
Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, the customer will receive the relevant tracking information, when available.

Los siguientes plazos son orientativos y se cuentan desde la entrega del paquete al transportista:

Los plazos pueden variar en función del destino, la disponibilidad del servicio de transporte, periodos de alta demanda, condiciones meteorológicas, festivos, controles aduaneros u otras circunstancias ajenas a Marta Pintado Studio.
Los plazos indicados para Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla pueden verse afectados por los trámites aduaneros y de gestión asociados al envío.
Para envíos internacionales, los plazos indicados no incluyen posibles retrasos derivados de los trámites aduaneros del país de destino.

The following delivery times are estimates and are calculated from the date the package is handed over to the carrier:

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, availability of the transport service, periods of high demand, weather conditions, public holidays, customs procedures or other circumstances beyond the control of Marta Pintado Studio.
The delivery times indicated for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may be affected by the customs and administrative procedures associated with the shipment.
For international shipments, the delivery times indicated do not include possible delays arising from customs procedures in the destination country.
Gastos de envío / Shipping costs

Los gastos de envío se mostrarán durante el proceso de compra antes de finalizar el pedido y dependerán del destino, las dimensiones y el peso de la obra.
En determinadas obras o destinos, debido a sus dimensiones o características especiales, podría ser necesario aplicar un coste de transporte específico. En ese caso, se informará previamente al cliente.

Shipping costs will be shown during the checkout process before the order is completed and will depend on the destination, size and weight of the artwork.
For certain artworks or destinations, an additional shipping cost may apply due to the size or special characteristics of the artwork. If this is the case, the customer will be informed in advance.
Envíos, aranceles e impuestos / Shipping, customs duties and taxes

Los pedidos internacionales con destino fuera de la Unión Europea pueden estar sujetos a impuestos de importación, aranceles aduaneros y otras tasas establecidas por el país de destino.
Estos cargos adicionales son responsabilidad exclusiva del comprador. Marta Pintado Studio no tiene control sobre estos cargos y no puede predecir ni garantizar su importe.
El comprador será asimismo responsable de facilitar la información o documentación que pueda ser requerida por las autoridades aduaneras de su país para la correcta recepción del pedido.
Las obras originales se preparan con un embalaje especial reforzado, adaptado a las características de cada pieza para protegerla durante el transporte.

International orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other charges imposed by the destination country.
These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Marta Pintado Studio has no control over these charges and cannot predict or guarantee their amount.
The buyer is also responsible for providing any information or documentation that may be required by the customs authorities in their country for the successful receipt of the order.
Original artworks are prepared using special reinforced packaging, adapted to the characteristics of each piece to protect it during transit.
Recepción de la obra / Receiving your artwork

Recomendamos revisar el estado del paquete y de la obra en el momento de la entrega.
Si el embalaje presenta daños visibles, recomendamos dejar constancia de ello ante el transportista y realizar fotografías antes de abrir el paquete.
Si la obra hubiera sufrido daños durante el transporte, el cliente deberá comunicarlo lo antes posible a:
La comunicación deberá incluir fotografías del embalaje exterior, del embalaje interior y de la obra, así como el número de pedido.
En caso de incidencia, el cliente deberá conservar la obra y todos los elementos del embalaje hasta que Marta Pintado Studio indique cómo proceder. No deberá enviarse la obra de vuelta por iniciativa propia.

We recommend checking the condition of the package and the artwork upon delivery.
If the packaging shows visible damage, we recommend noting this with the carrier and taking photographs before opening the package.
If the artwork has been damaged during transit, the customer must notify us as soon as possible at:
The notification must include photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging and artwork, together with the order number.
In the event of an incident, the customer must keep the artwork and all packaging materials until Marta Pintado Studio provides further instructions. The artwork must not be returned without prior instructions from us.
Retrasos o incidencias de transporte / Shipping delays or issues

Los plazos indicados son estimaciones y no constituyen una garantía de entrega en una fecha concreta.
Marta Pintado Studio no será responsable de retrasos producidos por circunstancias ajenas a su control, incluyendo incidencias del transportista, condiciones meteorológicas adversas, periodos de alta demanda, huelgas, festivos, restricciones de transporte, controles aduaneros o circunstancias similares.
En caso de incidencia, Marta Pintado Studio colaborará con el cliente y con la empresa de transporte para facilitar su resolución.

The delivery times stated are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery on a specific date.
Marta Pintado Studio shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including carrier delays or issues, adverse weather conditions, periods of high demand, strikes, public holidays, transport restrictions, customs procedures or similar circumstances.
In the event of an issue, Marta Pintado Studio will work with the customer and the carrier to help resolve it.
Embalaje / Packaging

Cada obra se embala de forma individual y adaptada a sus características para reducir al máximo el riesgo de daños durante el transporte.
Por tratarse de obras originales, recomendamos conservar el embalaje hasta comprobar que la obra se encuentra en perfecto estado y durante el plazo en el que pueda resultar necesario para gestionar cualquier incidencia relacionada con el transporte.

Each artwork is individually packaged and protected according to its specific characteristics in order to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
As these are original artworks, we recommend keeping all packaging until you have confirmed that the artwork has arrived in perfect condition and for as long as it may be necessary to deal with any transport-related issue.
